In and out hike via Zealand Trail and Twinway. Bare booted to Zealand Hut then wore microspikes to the summit and back to the hut. There was about 4 inches of snow until Zeacliff then 5-6 inches to the ladder and about 10-12 inches on top. Microspikes worked fine - still boney under the snow. Trail conditions were good. |
