Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Drakes Brook was barely crossable and the water was rising on the way up. Brook was bypassed because of high water on the way down by taking the bushwhack off Sandwich Mountain Trail to the road.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: As the trail adopter for Drakes Brook Trail, I put the trail to bed for the winter, cutting a couple blowdowns and clearing remaining drainages on this follow-up trip. There is one pesky blowdown on Sandwich Mountain Trail, below Noon Peak.

Comments
Comments: Final trailwork trip of the season as the trailwork was the sole focus on a blustery, cloudy and cold day. Jennings and Sandwich were in the clouds and winds were whipping so just took in the views from Noon Peak to complete the loop of Drakes and Sandwich Mountain trails.
