Just a short up and down to the north peak of Moose today. Dry and bare to start. About halfway up, small patches of snow began to appear with about a half inch of crusty snow at the summit. There were some bits of black ice here and there but they were avoidable. Spikes not needed today.
Nice to finally have some sunshine after what seems like a long stretch of cloudy skies. |
