Comments
Comments: Well the plan was for both peaks but we knew we would make that decision once back at the hut. We barebooted until after the last crossing and put on our snowshoes up and down monroe cone. The wind was blustery but the 10-20 foot visibility in a cloud. The lot was filled with skinners and the trail had a decent amount of hikers as well. We took the snowshoes off at maybe 4200’ and spiked down until past the last side hill on the old trail. Another day safe off the mountains for another tomorrow hopefully.
