Comments
Comments: Trails were mostly dry down low with some random patches of black ice. The last bit of trail up to the summit is encased in blue ice from snowmaking runoff, and the snowguns were putting out a wet product that was icing over above there, so some folks were opting to don Microspikes for the last hundred or so feet.

Lower Blue Trail also had some black ice. A snow squall moved in mid-morning, concealing some of the ice.

Plenty of dense, loose leaves throughout as well.

Carriage Road had a coating of snow from the squall.

Partly sunny morning with temperatures in the 30s.
