First water crossing had icy rocks, others were small and easy to rock hop across. |

No bugs, the best part of winter hiking. |

 | Comments: |
One small section of postholed ice/snow with a breakable crust about a mile or so from the summit, otherwise mostly stable monorail. Microspikes were necessary and sufficient for about the entire trail. |
