Comments
Comments: Wasn’t sure what to expect after the storm on Tuesday but it looks like the area only got a few inches. Minimal depth of snow with leaves still poking out for the first half mile or so. Rest of the way just had a few inches of snow on the trail that had a couple of boot tracks from Wednesday. We wore hillsound microspikes the whole day. Never got to any point where I felt the snow depth warranted snowshoes, though we did bring them. The slabs and steeps can get a little sketchy but overall a good day. The new reroute of the trailhead looks good.
