Trail was open and well marked with yellow blazes and green plastic diamonds. |

OAB via Butterworth to the summit and view ledge. No one had been to the top since the last snow. Light traction up, jogged down in bare boots to spare my points (no snow base or ice beneath the 4" or so fresh powder). Nice views across the lake, with the horizon clouded up. |
