New trailhead is neat. Spikes until about 2200’, then snowshoes. More for the televators than the surface conditions. Kept them on longer than needed just to smooth out the inch or two of powder that fell during the hike for those behind me. Barebooted the last couple miles. Saw 7 others, including a few legends. |
