Comments
Comments: Snow day tracking out Garfield. 6-8” of new snow over last track. Up to 3’ drifts on ridge. Road walk bit hard on snowshoes and start of trail had a few roots, but overall 100% snowshoe fun & no ice. Unconsolidated powder coming off summit cone fun challenge to stay on feet. Snowed all day with 1-2” new snow going over our tracks. Saw older tracks on ridge going north to campsite but no tracks from Garfield summit south.
