There are a few trees down on pine bend, especially higher up. |

I was alone on the tripramids today. Pine bend (or pind bend as some call it) was frozen solid. There were many patches of bare ground and exposed rocks and roots. Above the scaur trail the snow got more consistent. Snow shoes would have been useless today. Bring your sharpest microspikes because theres alot of ice. |
