Comments
Comments: Snowpack ranges anywhere from 2" (in some softwood groves) to about 20," but generally around 6-10". Bald Ledge Trail is uneven from a lot of boot traffic. No one had been on the unnamed trail from the railroad tracks.

Beautiful, chilly day with temperatures rising from the single digits to the low teens. Winona looks fairly solidly iced over, while Waukewan has a small area of open water remaining.
