We had to park at the beginning of Ferncroft Road. Snow drifts got two cars stuck, so we sucked it up and added 1 mile to the hike. Even if plowed, the road is very icy. |

Two blowdowns down low that requires routing around them. |

Friend and I broke trail in sometimes-deep drifts up to the true summit of Whiteface, so there is a decent packed trail. Not sure how long it will last. |
