Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Cody had a blast. Perfect trail for pups getting started hiking since it is very gradual, not long, and today the trail was mostly packed down soft snow. Lots of powder to roll around in, too. Could probably grab a drink in one of the open water crossings, for now.

Comments
Comments: Quick hike for Cody's first 52WAV. Trail becoming nicely packed after the rain-freeze and last nites 1-2 inches of powder. Could probably be bare booted, but everyone had spikes (except on grp of 3 in snowshoes). Crowds really increased in the afternoon, as we passed at least 12 people ascending as we came down. Limited views down the notch, but better than I thought.
