 | Comments: |
Pemi trail and Liberty Spring Trail are mostly packed with a few spots being loosely packed. I wore spikes up to Liberty then snowshoes the rest of the way to flume. In between Liberty and Flume the snow is loose. A guy on skis broke trail followed by me with snowshoes but the snow is still loose. I’d imagine you’d punch through in a good amount of spots if you didnt have snowshoes. Should be packed enough to walk on without snowshoes after another day or two of travel. |
