Comments
Comments: All around great conditions on the Coppermine trail to the falls. There was a few inches of fresh powder covering some noticeable ice on the lower section of the trail. Some form of traction would be helpful. With the warmer temperatures the snow was starting to be stick and there were a few areas of slush. We switched to snowshoes at the shelter for our ascent to falls and all the way back to the junction with the road. Didn’t have much sun today but we had the trail and falls all to ourselves.
