Comments
Comments: Great day out there with Lynn K. Started in spikes, switched to snowshoes, and kept them on until inbound past the water crossing at Iso Express. Trail was still supportive so barebooted back to the car. That said, if you wander off the beaten path you will sink. After the next snowfall (tonight), do your fellow hikers a favor and wear your snowshoes all the way until the trail firmly packed out.

Excellent conditions today, fast in some places. and zero wind on the summit. Standing water in the usual places, but fortunately avoidable or rock-hoppable depending on what is on your feet.
