Comments
Comments: We were excited to see the trail was nicely broken out the entire route. Couple of bare booters coming down Gale River trail, but our group of 3 pretty much filled in their tracks. Solid pack underneath new, fluffy snow. Would recommend snowshoes if going out tomorrow, as it was snowing all day. The trail was pretty soft still, would be really tedious without snowshoes. No sign of tracks going out towards Garfield on Garfield Ridge Trail. No sign of tracks going on Twinway towards Zealand, two women turned around on S. twin instead of going to Zealand due to chest-height drifts. A party of ~6 were heading up to Hale via Fire Wardens, so there should be some tracks on that route. This was a lovely day with two strong ladies!
