Parking is available directly across the street at the Golf Club in a lot with large boulders. Although not plowed, it is still easily accessible. Or you can park next to the Irving gas station. |

Spikes or snowshoes, your choice. Trail is broken out very nicely and is extremely easy to hike or run at the moment!
Nine hikers out and about, three in snowshoes and six in light traction, enjoying the nice mellow grades of the Starr King Trail. Quite a bit of snow between Starr King and Waumbek making for a picturesque winter scene! |
