New snow from the last few days ranged from 1" (snowshadow area) to 6", but generally about 3-4", on top of the existing base. I snowshoed roundtrip without issue. Microspiker seemed to be working hard due to the powder on top of the ice on the main trail.
Chilly afternoon with temperatures in the teens and a little bit of wind. |
