Trails were well packed with maybe a half inch of new snow on top. One other set of boot prints before me this morning. Ending up crossing paths with one other hiker. Spikes were sufficient for this loop although snowshoes could be worn. Some minor drifting on the summit area and near the logging cut on the Quarry Trail.
Bright sun with temps in the low single digits and a bit of wind. |
