 | Comments: |
East Side had the makings of a good snowshoe trench and should set up nicely with more snowshoe traffic before the next thaw/freeze.
Loop Trail around the north side of the pond had been lesser traveled, with just one set of snowshoe tracks that were drifted in.
The snowmobile portion of Loop Trail had been traveled by snowmobiles, and I was passed by three sleds, but the surface was still soft and not ready for bare boots or spikes yet.
The pond is frozen solid so if you want to snowmobile, ski, or snowshoe across, it's not a problem at the moment. |
