Comments
Comments: The planned late start was worth it was we took in the lowering sun and rising moon while on the ridge.

For traction, wear snowshoes below treeline! It is mid-winter conditions out there. Plenty of goofers heading down lower Greenleaf nearing the hut in spikes made it rough when it didn't have to be. In the Alpine Zone snowshoes or spikes will work but we chose snowshoes for the whole route. Hopefully the posthole Paul and Paula's get their trail karma. Old Bridal was nice on the way up but that may have changed.
