Parked roadside on 302, it's nicely/widely plowed so you can get your car well off the road, but I don't park here if it's recently snowed/the plow trucks are out |

Spikes all the way yesterday. Per the recent trail reports and basic winter sense, I carried the snowshoes but never needed them. This thing was packed out beautifully. Highway/sidewalk/get-it-while-it's-good kind of conditions. Saw a few people in snowshoes, the other half in spikes so the trail keeps getting better. Shoutout to Alex who was a blast to talk to and bask in the apricity at the summit before hiking down together. Pierce is gridded out now and this was the best time I've had on it - celebration at the bottom was the cherry on top, thanks Alex! |
