 | Comments: |
Valley Way had a light dusting of snow for most of the way. 4/10 from the hut on Valley Way, we encountered deeper snow and drifting. Snowshoes would be helpful here. Otherwise, micro spikes work to the summit. The summit cone is wind scoured with lots of exposed rocks. There were some drifting on the leeward side. It was bitterly cold today with winds 25-45mph. If you continue on to Adams, expect drifts. |
