Comments
Comments: Quick hike to get out away from the snowmobiles and traffic. We were alone until encountering the mini Aussies. Wore snowshoes, but you could go in spikes, too. Snow on upper half of trail is less consolidated, and a bit churned up so there may be some sliding around. One small section of thick ice at the second location where the trail comes closest to the river. Trails go all the way up to the falls, which were a beautiful bluish color.
