Great day on Bald Peak. Snowshoes were very helpful, especially on the .2 up to the summit. Trail could use some more snowshoe action to pack down, last .2 to the summit was very loose snow. Trail is well marked and signs are easy to read and understand. Parking lot is plowed enough for several cars but snowy. We were in a truck with 4WD and had no issue but smaller cars etc might have more of a challenge. |
