Comments
Comments: This hike was launched from the Wachipauka Pond trailhead that is nearly opposite the Ore Hill trailhead on Rt. 25C.

Both the Wachipauka Pond Trail as well as the Webster Slide Trail had a number of minor blowdowns. However, all were easy to step over, duck under, or walk around.

For both trails, there were long stretches that were dry, but there were intermittent spots that were wet and muddy. Most could be traversed on stepping stones, or worked around.

Also, there were just a few widely scattered icy spots, but these were rare and could easily be avoided.
