Weather and trail were perfect yesterday compared to the recent cold!! The trail is well packed, few postholes on the sides but nothing really remarkable. Snowshoes car/car to protect the stability of the trail were great. My friend Deanna and I took her pup Landon on his first winter hike, he was VERY verbal for the first hour since she leashed him (can be overly friendly), but once everyone who passed us going up came down, we let him go and he was so happy. Its a wonderful trail for dogs.
