Saw a couple of happy pups today. I also found four piles of dog poop right on the trail, not sure how old. If you bring your dog, please carry out its poop with you. |

The trail is a well packed out sidewalk currently, including the viewpoint spur trail. I wore snowshoes the whole way, but spikes would have been fine too. I had the peak all to myself since I started my hike after noon. Overall, it was a wonderful snowshoe hike through the woods with amazing views of the lake and mountains. |
