After a socked-in full morning snowboarding Waterville Valley, I headed over here on my way back. Most people just microspiking today but with warming weather, postholes were forming. Many deep postholes next to the trail. I enjoyed the traction of my snowshoes. Only saw a couple groups on the trail today. No views/in fog. Woods still super-pretty. Lots of frozen rain/snow dripping off me all afternoon - glad I had waterproof shell. |
