Longer spans of smooth icy patches were tricky for her but she was cautious, otherwise no problems, 2 others were out today |

The Falls were well worth the side trip. Traction was necessary for.5 mi.up to the Piper Trail, not needed at the summit. Monorail that remains was still fairly solid. Barebooted most of the day. |
