I parked at an orange-gated woods road along Currierville Rd. in Newton. There was very limited room here. Looked there was also access with better parking further NW along the road. |

(Note: The parking and access are in Newton but the summit is in South Hampton.)
There is an Interesting network of old roads and trails here that could be pretty nice if they were formalized. Looks like the area gets a lot of mountain bike use. I did a loop up to and around the summit. The wooded top is pretty flat but the highest point looks to be along a stone wall.
Ground conditions were mostly bare with some small remaining patches of snow, some minor mud, and a few wet sections. |
