We were the only car - lots of room - fee system is back in operation. |

Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow - Wet/Sticky, Snow/Ice - Postholes, Snow - Spring Snow |

Water was relatively low - rock hopping across. |

A few fallen trees which you had to climb over or go under. Signs were great. |

| Comments: |
Every elevation was different. Lower elevation - muddy sections. Mid elevation - snow was rapidly disappearing. Above the junction with Jennings Spur, there was 1" new snow over solid ice. Ledges were completely snow free. As the day wore on, the snow became more and more "spring-like" and the lower trails muddier. Great hiking day - great views. |
