We barebooted all the way to the summit taking the left side of the loop (Sosman Trail) up. Spikes went on for the descent until right after the view over the ski trail. New snow from last night (and during the hike) was mostly melted out below the third water crossing by the time we were heading out. There’s still some stable monorail up top, but I don’t think that snowshoes will be needed even when it warms up… |
