Comments
Comments: Trails were very dry overall. The muddy section after Black Pond was not as bad as it usually is and easy to get through. There’s the usual wet areas that are avoidable in one way or another. Started up the bushwhack and it is bone dry in its entirety. First ice starts at the intersection with the Owls Head Path. Ice is very spotty for a quite a while. We eventually put spikes on and kept them on back down to the jct.
