The parking area at the top of the lots for the Flume is quite large. This being midweek, off-season, there weren't that many cars there at the start or end. |

Minor drainage streams were no problem. |

Trail is in decent shape and easy to follow. I saw three low-lying old blowdowns across the trail, easy step-overs. The blue blazes on trees looked good, but the trail is so easy to follow that the blazes weren't needed at this time of year. |

Very nice, cool, clear, dry day for this hike with the OTHH. We were a large group, and we used both trails up. |
