Comments
Comments: 19 MB, particularly above and below Carter Dome trail junction is basically a shallow brook, as is the trench on upper North Carter and upper portion of Imp trail. Was able to keep feet dry, but going was a little slow trying to step from rock to rock for long stretches. Views were terrific today, particularly from Hight. Just a few remaining small snow patches in wood near Carter Dome summit, but nothing on trails. Saw 4 Croo members heading down 19MB with pack boards in preparation for start of full service season tomorrow. Only saw 2 other people all day. Discouraging amount of roadside trash noted during walk from Imp trailhead to 19 MB parking area.
