Comments
Comments: Beautiful day for a hike! The rain held off and the summit was clear and breezy. The bug situation was not fun; we held out as long as we could before heading off. I put on a shell just so I could have a good to prevent bugs flying into my mouth while eating a sandwich. The trail had largely dried up, though a few new blowdowns could be seen on Snapper. Lots of people out, including a few folks doing work for the AMC and Dartmouth on the summit, which was nice to see. Great view of storms coming in from far away, but luckily they didn’t come close while we were there.
