 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Thank you, Scott B for your intel. I have not driven my little low clearance car up to the trailhead in years but we did it today and she was just fine. I was the first car in the lot this morning and there were another 8 cars when I returned and there was still room for more. The improvements to the road are so appreciated. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Holy cow. A massive thunderstorm must have come through the area last night. I counted over 10 blowdowns of moderate to large size starting right at the trailhead. Most of them are fairly easy to get around, over, under, etc. but there are 2 large tangled ones that require more creativity. One is at about 1 mile in and the other is between Starr King and Waumbek. |

 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Second time in a week that I got my Darby fix. :) He came running up for pets and snuggles and made my day. This is a great route for doggos and the rain last night made for lots of spots with running water for them. |

 | Bugs: |
They were only bad at the summit of Starr King and at the little look out past the summit for Waumbek. I had no issues otherwise. |

 | Lost and Found: |
There is a shirt hanging on the sign at the trailhead. |
