Comments
Comments: The herd path was relatively easy to follow. I did lose track of the trail leaving the summit a couple times but was able to easily locate it retracing my steps. The path weaves in and out of dense forest and open mossy terrain. It’s quite steep. The last 200’ or so was very overgrown and littered with downed trees. I wished I had eye protection a few times but it was very overcast and quite dark at points. I summited in the clouds so can’t speak to the viewpoint. No water sources on the trail so come prepared.
