 | Water Crossing Notes: |
Brook was easy to cross on signal ridge. Multiple paths to cross it depending if you like to rock hop or use dead trees. I thought the water would be a bit higher this morning but dry feet prevailed! |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
One big tree down about a mile or so from signal ridge trail head that a herd path is starting to go around it. If you are stretchy enough, you can go under. |

 | Dog-Related Notes: |
|
|
 | Bugs: |
Started to make an appearance once the climb begins on Signal Ridge. Breeze helped keep them at bay at spots, other spots they were saying hi but not trying to bite or get a free ride. |

 | Comments: |
Trail is in great shape. A little wet in spots on the climb and minor mud on the flat sections. A great morning to be out and everybody that I saw seemed to be loving the weather! A rare August day with lower humidity, a nice breeze, and fantastic views. |
