Day 1 of 2 day Backpacking trip into Wild River. Stony Brook Trail uneventful but nice. Upper Moriah Brook treadway evident country little use. Entrance from C-M not super evident. People may be accessing up to the pools from below. Saw 1-2 sets of footprints. One of the most beautiful trails in the whites! Sections of Moriah Brook and Highwater along Wild River are popular washed into river. Have to BW along Bluff butit’s not a hard BW at all. Camped off of Shelburne Trail. |
