Comments: After I tagged Black Cap I ran across the way to get Hurricane Mountain. I knew there was an old woods road that could be followed from some research I did. I was able to find the start but took a left when I should've stay right at a big blowdown. I ended up bushwhacking up till I finally hit the old road following the boundary markers blazed in blue and using Gaia. Once on the Old Road it was cake walk up to the summit. On the push to the true summit the path becomes a little less noticeable but still easy to navigate. There is now a new summit register placed on the true summit from July of this year. On the way down I figured out were I went wrong on the way up.
