The lot is on private land. the land owner has provided 14 parking spots and posted a sign "14 cars only." when I came down there were 20 cars in the lot. If we do not respect this PRIVATE PROPERTY, we will loose access to it. |

Well maintained, no blow downs or obstructions. |

Saw three leashed well behaved dogos living their best life. The trail to Bald peak is dog friendly. |

The first about 1/4 mile is all on private land. The land owner does an amazing job of maintaining that 1/4 mile. Please be a good steward of this granted access. |
