Did some poking around the top of Mt. Kearsarge today, including a few short bushwhacks to interesting things. As expected, the summit was very people-ey, with one group of loud young men making a raucous roar that could probably be heard over on Cardigan.
Despite the chance of showers for the day, the morning remained dry. A bit chilly on top but nothing crazy for October. Lack of sun dulled the foliage color below, but the auto road is gorgeous right now. |
