What a stellar day in the Belknaps to hike Piper and Whiteface. Crystal clear skies with long views, bright sun, and comfortable temps. This area is past peak for foliage but there is still plenty of bronze beech color and LOTS of red blueberry shrub color.
Not much more to say than that! Just a perfect day. I thought we would encounter more people but we only saw a few. Mt. Major must have been a zoo. |
