Once past the bridge,the road isn't mowed, although the field next to it is. The mine road takes off just up the slope past the fields. Now that the leaves are mostly down, the woods are open and lovely. Poked around the mine and the upper prospects before stopping at the ledge to enjoy the views. Just over 2.8 peaceful miles. |
