 | Comments: |
Considering the rain that fell the night prior, the trails weren't as wet as I expected them to be- damp at most. Lots of leaves below the spruceline, though, which warranted extra careful footing. No issues with following the trail or trail obstructions, blowdowns, debris etc.
The weather, although generally cloudy with a good amount of summit fog, ended up being better than expected. Pretty much rain-free except for a few brief and light showers, and even got some blue sky and sun on the way up Liberty, as well as some views from its summit. No ice whatsoever, either- temps too warm for that.
Conditions up there tomorrow morning might be a little dicey, on the other hand... |
