| Comments: |
As all know significant damage from Irene on Nineteen-Mile Brook. Seemed like lower half of Carter Dome and parts of North Carter trails also suffered some damage. Only snow was a 300' section of minimal monorail near top of Carter Dome Tr. easily walked upon. Other hikers reporting no issues coming up from Carter Notch to Carter Dome. Some running water on lower half of Carter Dome Tr. and on sections of North Carter and Imp trails. Trails generally drier than expected. Great views on a beautiful May day. |
